This 60-minute youth-organized panel discussion focused on inter-generational dialogue on key climate challenges, uniting global experts and leaders of tomorrow to shape climate policies, solutions, and mindsets. The event highlighted the critical role of cross-generational collaboration in addressing complex climate issues. Key topics included:

- Prioritizing Nature-Based Solutions (NBS)
Saifur’s talk focused on IEEE’s role in promoting clean-tech solutions for climate sustainability and how IEEE leverages its vast network of engineers, computer scientists and technologists including tens of thousands of young professionals to help policy makers implement climate-friendly policies. I also talked about the IEEE Climate Change program which was very well received. The event was hosted by UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the World Meteorological Organization and the Keeling Society. IEEE was contributing partner.
